Optimize U was a vendor at our work health fair which is how I was first exposed to them. Immediately scheduled an appointment, had bloodwork done and have had my first follow-up consult. Ordered some of the women’s health products and am so excited to get started! Finally…someone who wanted to talk about helping me with menopause and the struggles women go through! I’ll follow back up in a few months to give an update- am very hopeful! Staff was amazing- friendly, professional and very knowledgable!

Great place! my Dr has been very thorough. Managing my hormones levels to help me have the best quality of life physically. They have great products as well that other health nutrition places don't offer. And a plus with the red light therapy and Suana. I believe this location has the cold plunge too I'm eager to try out. Definitely the best hormone care I have received in west Tn. Highly recommend!

Great people to work with on my health. Testosterone is a life saver for me. It effects everything. I sleep great now, my memory is perfect, I feel like I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. My overall well-being has drastically improved. I'm 53 and my mind and body feels like I'm 23. Most doctors are going to say your within the range even if your at 300 on your total and will not treat you. At 300 a man is just surviving. Thats no way to live. I love this place!!!

Such a Wonderful Experience! I can’t say enough good things about OptimizeU! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me understand what was going on with my hormones. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, and I finally feel like I have real answers about my health. It’s such a relief to know what my body actually needs and to have a plan moving forward. I’m so thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who’s been struggling to figure things out — they truly make you feel seen, heard, and supported.
